Staking Incentives

Staking incentives will be introduced in order to maintain a healthy value for the Space Terminators collection, get the community involved and provide future utility.

What does Staking mean to H Y(A.I.) P E?

Though we’re re-inventing the original concept and terminology of what staking means, staking will be a way to maintain the value of the Space Terminators collection. Unlike certain blockchains that offer rewards via their native token; we’re offering holders Gemstones (NFTs) which is our equivalent of “payout rewards” for securing the value of the collection and acting in good faith.

Our “Staking” period will start from September 2022 - October 2023 with rewards being distributed every month per Space Terminator NFT.

Our staking reward period will last for 12 months. Gemstones take a full week to distribute starting every 14th of each month.

How will staking work?

Staking will be simple; hold your Space Terminator NFT, DO NOT LIST ON MARKETPLACE and get rewarded Gemstones(NFTs) for future utility use cases.

Staking NFTs within Stargaze is still in development.

Unfortunately our vision of "NFT staking" is not development.

With limited resources we’ve decided to take it in our hands to make this possible, literally.

Proof of stake, distribution and everything behind the scenes is not automated nor do we have the tools/resources to create an automated system for what we envision.

What if I list my NFT on the marketplace?

If you list your NFT on the marketplace, we will gather data on the time it's been listed/unlisted and calculate the days you've held without listing.

You must have a total of 30 days without listing to receive your Gemstones(NFTs). Rewards will restart and be distributed every 30 days. New holders may be excluded from the 30 day period depending on various circumstances. Rather than 30 days we will calculate 7-14 days depending on the distribution period and date of purchase (This will be determined by the community) .
